That is a nice tree Bhodi, however in that pot it does not appear right.
It is not being shown to its full potential in that tray. It needs a deeper pot.
JMHO Pup :)

having the bar branching will cause the trunk to swell where they are mate. you will have to remove one of them eventually sooner rather than later though.

have a look at pups last pic as an option, i think this sort of upright cascade style would work mate :D

you know with patience and time as this tree pushes new growth and branching. and you add twists and turns you will find it will be a good one.

bodhi's semi cascade is a wicked tree too :D there two great options to look at mate.

yer. I hadn't really noticed that they were coming from the same spot on the trunk. hmmm.... I think I will get rid of the one on the left. and turn it into a jin.

Hi, I am a newbie (my first contribution) this tree is very similar to a tree I purchased a few weeks ago from Antonio. I am happy with my first styling, although my tree is a little older the design works really well for this species.
Thanks for listening
Gerard

Sorry Pup, totally missed your post. I am in 100% agreement and that has now taken place. I was waiting on a Trevor wheeler pot that he had promised me and that is now its new home. The show was one that i helped out on as a fund raiser and promo.

Beautiful to see both your progression and the end (current) result.

What I find sorta funny is that if I am lucky I might just manage to see the next 25, but Mason is likely to see not only the next 25, but for sure the 25 after that, and most probably the 25 after that.......

Great to see how active some of the young guns are, let alone humbling when I reflect what I was like at the same age.
