Growing On..

Hey, What would you do with this????

I'm planning to put into a larger grow pot, but i'm not sure if i should cut it back at all at this stage? (I want the new trunk line section to thicken as fast as possible..)

What is it? Looks like Agonis flexulosa to me...

If you want the new leader to thicken rapidly, I would advise you to keep all that top growth when you pot-up. Also, if you can wire those lower (4?) branches so that they all receive maximum sunlight, you will not only increase the growth rate, but possibly find an new trunkline in there somewhere.
