I noticed my neighbours tree had little "helicopter" seed pods which I have only ever seen on Acer varieties before. Some of the leaves look like it could be some sort of maple, yet I am unsure. I don't know my neighbours, so I haven't asked if they know what it is, but if I see them in the street I will.
I hope someone can help with this one. If need be, I can take more pics. Thanks

I thought it could be Negundo as I have a group planting of them, but the tree in question seems to have two types of leaves. Both compound (which look similar to negundo) and the the tri-lobed leave as seen in the pic. It was night when I took the leaves of, so I will have a better look today and see if I can sneak a pic of the trunk too

Another yes to Acer negundo (Box-elder). My wife's looking over my shoulder telling me stories about box-elders where she grew up in the Appalachian mountains. Apparently they are so fecund that the samaras hanging off them look like rubbish left in the canopy after a flood!
