Gudday to all my tree luvers..
Today I had a neat little envelop that arrived in my letter box.. I peeped through the slot and saw my name on the envelop with an international stamp on it
Very excited I opened it eagerly to see what was inside and there I saw in a clear air tight satchel.. 5 seeds that are apparently from the Cherry Blossoms of Japan
I'd love to see these germinate.. any advice please on how I can grow these from seeds ??

Re: Japanese Cherry Blossoms
I'd love to see these seeds germinate too but do you know what exotic pests might have hitched a ride in that lovely clear packet? Are you aware of the diseases that might germinate with them?
I assume you have import permit for the seed?
Have they been fumigated, inspected and checked?
These random imports are the reason we are seeing so many unwanted pests and diseases getting started in Australia. Myrtle rust is just starting to get started on large areas of our native forests and nobody knows how many of our native species will be wiped out, all because someone brought some seed or cuttings in without permits.
