The Capricorn Region Bonsai Society Inc. was started in 2009, to serve the bonsai enthusiest in the Capricorn/Central Queensland Region. the club has a growing membership and all are welcome to join. The society holds meetings on the 3rd Saturday of each month (Feb to Oct) and holds an Exhibition in November of each year. The society also holds displays, workshops, and talks through out the year. Membership is $20.00 single & $25.00 family. Members receive a bi-monthly newsletter, access to the clubs library, and able to order tools and supplies thruogh the club at a cheaper cost. This club has some very talented members. It is friendly and lots of fun, so come along and join us.

sounds like the club is going really well. A credit to you and christen getting it out there. I havent had the time to join one down here yet so i miss that interaction but shibui nursery is only 45min away which makes up for it abit

Lucky Bugger Matt, our closest is Bonsai North at Morayfield 7hrs drive away. Yeah, the club has really taken off, we get a new member nearly every meeting,
