gday all this is a 10 year old pj fig
it's base is 11 inches round
it is 17 inches long
and the top of tree is 5 1/2 inches round

Does the bump mean you want some advice Dean ?
I would staighten the trunk up a little - to my eye it leans over a little too much. You can keep one of the upright leaders as a crown but to make it convincing the tail going down has to look "right" and not just be a branch bent down
