Ficus rubiginosa - Port Jackson fig

from seed 1992, basic training from about 1998.
This series of figs were grown from seed in 1992. In 1993 I gave all members of the Albury Wodonga bonsai society one or more of the seedlings to grow and develop as a club project.
This one started life as 2 separate seedlings which were planted close to gether with roots entwined. It was planted in a polystyrene grow boxand fed well to develop a larger specimen. The 2 seedlings have fused to form a twin trunk tree with impressive nebari.
