Dwarf Broom Tree

Hi there crazy kids!!

Just wanted to know if anyone has tried to bonsai a Dwarf version of the broom tree (Cytisus). Have been considering giving one a go but from what I have seen they have very spindly trunks and branches. Any special notes of interest / observations / photos would be great.
