Hi ya!
I have this really cute weeping acacia howitii that has been through the wars this summer. I did a fresh repot last winter and it was doing fantastic. When summer hit, It had a massive mealybugs infestation. I picked them off one by one, and it started to sprout new grow. My back yard is an oven in summer, and a couple of dry days later

i lost a bit of foliage. I reshuffled my trees under a shade cloth and everything was going well until. About a month later, i saw some leaf drop, and some white fly milling about. On closer inspection I saw a huge number of brown oval shaped mite things all over the branches. They were kind of like shield lice but nearly 1cm in length. I picked them all off, sprayed a bit of white oil on the white fly and gave it a good hair cut. It looks like it might be starting to get some new growth, but its not out of the woods yet. I noticed today that the leaves look like they have some strange white spots. It doesn't rub off like powdery mildew. Any ideas would be very much appreciated!
Cheers
