Simple question but complex answer.
Flowering/fruiting age depends on many factors - How well the plant grows, Whether it is seedling or cutting or grafted, Species, Climate and probably much more. I have had junipers produce cones in only 3 or 4 years but have not seen cones on others in 10 years or more. I really doubt that there is a simple answer to your simple question.
Any reason for the question? Planning to start producing Gin?
