Hey Jarrod,
looks great mate I would love to come along, but unfortunatly I work 6 days a week
I see A-Z Bonsai is a supporter, Tim is a great guy, allthough last time I was there, he said he was going to shoot me
I hope to get along to the show in October, should be interesting
Thanks,
Mac
Has it ever made you wonder, who was the first person to say " See that cow..... I'm going to pull on those pink dangelly things....and drink what ever comes out" ?

Hahahaha! Don't worry mate, you aren't alone! Maybe you're like me and you've been trapped with Tim for a few hours as he recounts every fight he's ever been in complete with re-enactments (you being the defeated foe of course). Ahhhhh good times.
Good PR there Jezz, I still don't know whose face belongs to you, I'm guessing one of the few younger ones like myself?
Yarra Valley Bonsai will be holding the inaugural show on the 17th of October 2009. More information will be posted in the appropriate section very shortly so keep your eyes open.
As a club we are very excited about this and look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible.
You don't need to bring anything to either actually, you can just come along and watch, converse etc... but it's always good if you bring a tree, especially to the workshop and whatever tools you have.
Yeah as TeeJay has said, you dont really need to bring anything, just come along and have a chat.
Though it is always fun to get your hands dirty.
And there is always a lot of people who are willing to offer opinions on your tree. And they all have different ideas which is good for brain storming ideas about a tree.
I'm looking forward to meeting the Yarra group tomorrow nite. I've planned an interesting presentation.
Don't forget your bottle of water.
Cheers
Lindsay
Jarrod,
Tonite my presentation will consist of several distinct segments. My purpose will be to open a creative clearing for the participants to step into. I don't wish to give too much away as it may erode the spontaneity that I require of the group.
Cheers
Lindsay
I must say that you did open our minds, seemed to leave the group speechless.
I just want to thank you once again for coming all the way out to us for the "demo"/discussion. It was different from anything I have anything I have even witnessed. So thank you.
I'm sure we would love to host you again some time.
