Hi Kuregtr you have asked for help but not what sort of help . You Tree is a Cedrus Deodoar / Himalayan Cedar and has suffered die back . While the old branches rarely recover the rest of the foliage looks healthy .
You could trim the naked branches back to possibly green growth or remove completely , in most cases if the rosettes die so will the branch or part there of .Slip potting it into fresh medium would be the next suggestion , then consider a style with what you have left .
Removing the rosette's from underneath and on top of the branches would be my next move leaving only the side growing foliage to work with providing the root mass is in good health.Any marking of the bark on these Cedars will remain and enhance /enlarge over time so take care when wiring or use alternative methods such as hook and hold wires or slings to bend and shape your trunk .
Next time ask for specifics eg' I.D , Styles or Suggestions ,so members can help accordingly .Hope this helps somewhat .
