What do you want to know ? I will be repotting mine in a week or so. I generally repot every second year and when its growing strongly then I would wire and prune.

I would avoid using Dynamic lifter fertiliser pellets on Radiata pines as it tends to make the needles yellow. I think its too much nitrogen fro them.

hi eliass
i treat them like JBP. right now you can select the candles down to two on the new growth. keeping two weaker candles towards the top portion of the tree and keep two strong candles for the lower portion of the tree. if any candles you've kept that still have excessive long growth, snap it in half. all the older needles have to be thinned out too. i prefer cutting the needles leaving the sheath still attached than pulling the needles off. with branches in the strong zone, thin the needles back to 6-8 pairs. for the weaker lower zone, thin the needles back to 10-12 pairs. if the whole tree is quite well balance in vigour, i'd thin them all back to 6-8 pairs.

well, this is how i do them in general any way.

regards

Tien
