CHINESE JUNIPER 'DRAGON LOOKING BACK'

This tree has had 3 near death experiences: the previous owner was killing it so he gave it to me before it expired, I hit the extended foliage pad twice and knocked it out of the pot. I put it in a training pot as it started to yellow off but, like Dulux paint, Dragon Looking Back keeps on keeping on and is once again robust. I have it wired into the pot to avoid knocking the roots again but I am not really a juniper person and am moving my junipers on. With a bit of foliage placement this will be a very nice shohin. And it surely has a strong survival instinct.
