Twin Trunk Olive care and repotting

I bought this beauty a few months ago from a very experienced bonsai artist who specializes in olives. It is my only mature tree, and I'm totally in love!

It is really beginning to sprout new growth and at some point I'd like to move it out of the training tub and into a pot.

My questions:
1. Would love tips on how best further develop this tree.
2. When is the best time to prune an olive in Perth? Is it too early right now?
3. When is the best time to repot?
4. What style of pot would work well with this tree?

Sorry the pics are from my phone and not so great! Just realized from looking at these pics that they are taken from a total crap angle. I'll try to get a couple better ones tomorrow.

Nice material Eddie,
A couple of issues with this tree I see.
1. Twin trunk looks best with the smaller trunk shorter than the major one. Look for a place to reduce the height of the thinner trunk.
2. Larger trunk appears to have reverse taper (thicker toward the top). If this is the case I would say some more carving higher on the trunk would reduce the impact of that issue.

You can prune olives (or any tree) at any time of the year. Now that it has started growing would be a great time to do some work on this tree.
It seems that olives can be repotted almost any time of year but over here we usually prefer to repot when the weather has started to warm up - around Oct, Nov. Over there I think it would be a good time to repot now.

Thanks for the input, shibui! I was thinking the exact same thing about the secondary trunk. I definitely want to lower its height.

As to the larger trunk's taper, I think there is a need for more carving. Seeing as how I haven't done any carving yet, that may have to wait til I grow in experience...or find someone else to do it.
