This month the Yarra Valley Bonsai Society is hosting the Japanese Master Uchida Yusuke from Toyohashi-shi, Aichi in Japan, demonstrating the art of Bonsai at their monthly meeting at Morrisons on Old Hereford Road in Mount Evelyn (Melway Ref 118 B8)

Jeff of Chojo Feature Trees is providing the necessary material. Yusuke Uchida has been around Australia, eg several times @ the NBPCA, other Club events, as well in Perth, SA, Chojo Feature Trees, Lindsay Farr’s Bonsai Farm and some private collections.

Rumour has it ….there will also be some trees he styled for sale - a rare opportunity best of all its “FREE”! This invite is for EVERYONE who wants to experience a Japanese Master at work - spread the word and bring your friends along as well.
