This has been in the mould for around 6 months
I removed it from the training pot to make a counter weight pot/tray base and to have a sneak peek at the roots . All good so its wrapped up and back to the grow bench . This will get to see the light of day come Autunm 2015 .

, I like the thought of figs hanging off cliffs so these N.T Rock Figs were planted on top of a home made rock . Yes its meant to be upside down defying gravity .New Con-FIG-eration

Hi Pearcy , mate last time i looked at these they were doing well . Its in the hot house with all the other figs and will need to be removed next week to add more benches , will post an up date then .

This has had the foil removed and moss added several months back . The moss was used as a growing medium as well as a moisture barrier for the root to grow in and keep cool
It didn't get regular watering to the rear of the rock . I will give it a trim and slowly remove the moss to expose the roots .
