Where can i get serisssa seeds

I'm looking for both serissa snow leaves and serissa snow rose seeds but all i can find are grafted serissa saplings

Both are cultivars and would not grow true from seed even if it was available. they are grown from cuttings and I doubt very strongly that grafted ones would be available.
