At the weekend the valve on it started to play up,so I contacted them by email,it would not have been a couple of hours and I got a reply from them saying that they had had a few issues with that particul model but Dramm would not admit it that there was a problem,but they would replace it and would send it out to me on Monday, I have received a new model one at about lunch time on Tuesday.
I guess what I am trying to say that there are still a few good companies left in this country and instead of whinging about them or the product ,I want to give them a big wrap replacing it so quickly,no questions asked.
If you want anything to do with trees or gardening equipment I would certainly recommend them, I must state that I have no commercial interest in the company at all, just appreciated good service which is very rare these days. BRAVO.
