Just cut off the unsightly burnt leaf.
The other leaves seem to have a powdery residue, possibly mildew but hard to tell from the photo. Give it a good hard spray with the hose and a well ventilated sunny position.
Q: Why are we all here?
A: Because we are not all there.

cutting off the whole leaf will look nicer, and wont cause any issues anyway.
Acer buergerianum, Acer palmatum, Bougainvillea (something), Ficus microcarpa, Lagerstroemia indica 'Fauriei', Melaleuca styphelioides, Olea Europa, Prunus (something) 'Dwarf Apricot', Quercus robur, Ulmus parvifolia, Zelkova serrata
