Yeah, I've seen the previous gens but have never actually bought and used one. Am very curious though. Maybe not for bonsai, but for the veggie patch it'd be great.

My cat has a bluetooth tag, why not pots?

Because typically you only have 1 or 2 cats, I have about 100 plants and 1/6 them are Mame / Shohin.

Yeah I agree ken. I think I just got conned by being able to see the health of you plant on your phone at all times.....

Things like this are what takes the power out of an art.

You wouldn't pay nearly as much for a painting created by a computer as you would for one painted by hand. Nor would you pay as much for a painting painted by hand but guided by a computer.
