What a conicidence! I dug one up 2 days ago as well. Did you wash the roots free of all the old soil?

Thanks all I am very happy with the tree as well, I didnt know how big the trunk was till I was digging it out as every time i saw the tree I was in my suit.
Treeman, I didnt remove all the soil as I was not happy with size of the root ball when I dug it out. I will wait a couple of years then remove all the old soil. I have done this before and works well on junipers.

Question1: is it too late to dig them out now, my temps mid 30s?
Question2: is it necessary to remove all the dir once excavated?
Question3: what's the best after care procedure once harvested?

I found one in Hedland... Of all places. But before I ask the owner of I can have it (swap it for a palm or something) I want to know that it's not too late!

Your advice is appreciated.
