Variegated Serrisa Bonsai, How to Maintain!

Any clues on what to do to maintain a Variegated Serissa Bonsai?
I've been reading books and have had many different approaches on how to maintain them...

Would be greatly appreciated!

Hi constable, I *had* one a while back, lesson I learned was not to trim back the roots too hard and or bareroot Apart from that they shape fairly well clip n grow or with wire, though the branch structure grows fairly straight with longish internodes, so lots of foliage trimming. Also, if left to its own devices the foliage will grow quite dense.
