tips for a beginner. Please help!

Post by Joedassin88 »

Hi,

Just joined the wonderful forum and just looking around, seeing some awesome bonsais. I am completely green to growing bonsais. I have just bought a bonsai from Bunnings, what should I be doing with my bonsai at the moment ? It's a Serissa.

Welcome! I'd be changing the soil so you know it's good draining. Also, some "bonsai" at Bunnings have rocks glued to the surface. Get them off without damaging the roots. I've found serissa root easily from cuttings. Don't let anything waste.
