Kaneshin

Post by Raymond »

I just thought id let people know that dealing with KANESHIN direct is an absolutely amazing experience. I ordered some Bud Shears on thursday and they posted my item BEFORE i paid for it. PayPAl was down, but they shipped the item anyway. Then sent me the invoice, no dramas, no questions asked. They are top quality tool,s which other has also said, but the service from a international seller is by far the best i have encountered. Big :tu: :tu:

Better service then most of Australia IMO. I've ordered from them twice now and both times were exceptional service.

Recently had a very similar experience. Bought some cut paste (worked out cheaper to get it from Japan, go figure).

The service was remarkable, the speed of delivery was lightning! Will be ordering all my tools from them in future!

To add to the testimonials, another fantastic Kaneshin shopping experience here.
Suggestion to Mods: maybe there should be a thread here to discuss good, bad and indifferent online shopping experiences?

I don't mean to be the bearer of bad news, but I have also had experience with purchasing tools from Kaneshin...

Their customer service puts ours to shame. Just the simple ease and politeness made me want to purchase more tools from them, which would have made my bank account even sadder.

The time it took the tools was absolutely appalling. I ordered the tools on a Friday morning, and they arrived the Tuesday after...

I am now looking for any excuse to make another purchase. Usually along the lines of "my branch cutters are now 2 weeks old, must be due for a new pair..."

It all seriousness, loved the service, love the price, love the tools and will be making another purchase in the future.

I don't trust Bonsai, they are a little shady.

Just bit the bullet and bought a set, I have been putting it off for a while but my budget set that I've had a for a few years now cannot be doing my collection any favours.

He said they would be shipping Sunday though? Not sure if that was a translation error, seems an odd day to ship something.

Well done, you won't regret it.

The timing of the deliveries makes sense, it must just be the way they do things over there.

In Japan, things don't stop just because it is Sunday.
Postal service operates every day. ;)

Did he give you options on delivery costs? It wasnt much more expensive for me to pay for the fastest delivery method, than the slowest. You will even get a tracking number and a link to track your new toys... Keep us posted and tell everyoe you know about them. Quality tools, awesome service.
