Re: What a Bargain!
they're azaleas

Was that $20 the lot or each?
About 7 months ago Bunnings had some ripper tree shape trunks like I have never seen before. They had about 40mm single trunks with movement about 300mm high maybe 500 with foligae for $35. Bunnings is about 1 hour drive from here so I got my Mother in law to grab one for me blind after I saw my mates. It was still a ripper pity I killed it like I do with most of my azaleas

Oh I think the single trunk ones are hard to find so I like the top right one

It's too bad your in such a hurry cause the stories I could tell you, Bushels and baskets of stories, hole crates full of stories. But if you can spare a moment I will tell you one story.
Re: What a Bargain!
hey Bretts,
they were $20 all up. I really like the top right hand one aswell because most azaleas that you find have heaps of really straight thin trunks.

Of course they are azaleas Mason. What sort of azaleas was the question? Keirens Karumes satzukis.

Re: What a Bargain!
Hey Mason,
Bargain, especially the single trunk one.
Are any of you guys Azalea specialists? I would really like to get some advice about turning something that comes with a multitude of shoots from the bottom into a single trunk. Like some of your examples.
Is it just a matter of ruthless cuts?
