Always visit the NBPCA when in Canberra for a dose of inspiration. The bonsai on display change every now and then so there's often something new to see and you will usually find new aspects to the ones you looked at last time.

Warriapendi nursery (turn right at the Hilltops turn off, just before the Mittagong turnoff) has a wide range of natives. Pick your tubes carefully, as those that are root-bound or two-year cutbacks might be slow to grow.
