Species identification

Post by MountainFrost »

I bought this tree about 2 months ago during winter. At the time it had no leaves so I just assumed it was deciduous. The guy who ran the nursery I bought it from had no idea what it was. I recently preformed a trunk chop on the tree while it still had no leaves. It has just now grown this branch and I have no idea what species it is.
Thanks!
