Calliandra in the garden

Post by wattynine »

After seeing these posted one of these on another site, I have now sought three different varieties of this tree. The one just posted which is now in the ground, the large shrub versions of which I have about 12 yearling seedlings on the go in the ground and this one that I purchased two for our garden and have just taken cutting s from for future purposes. lousy photo, I'm sorry but it even exaggerates the power of the flower in this Species
hope you enjoy

This would be impressive as a mature bonsai. Looking forward to seeing some of your efforts in the future.

Cheers
