it is very common in HK or China, but I did not see anyone selling it in Sydney.

It is probably hard to find in nurseries because it has become an environmental weed in Australia. The birds spread seed all over and they compete with native plants for space and nutrients.
If you are determined to grow it try some older gardeners who may have a pot of it or a hanging basket somewhere and would be willing to divide it for you.
Incidentally, it does not always look as neat as those pictures.

As Shibui stated, you'd struggle to find these in a nursery. Try Gumtree - a quick search showed a few people selling them.
Keep it away from your garden though! I had the misfortune of having this creeping into my garden from a neighbour and it took years to eradicate.
