Goulburn Bonsai Society Exhibition 2017
I am very pleased to inform all that the Goulburn Bonsai Society annual exhibition is on again during the long weekend in October. This year Saturday 30 September and Sunday 1 October 2017 are the dates to put in your diary. This year we are in a new (and larger) location to cater for the every increasing number of trees to be displayed.
This year we are at the Wesley Centre, 46 Goldsmith Street Goulburn (next to the Uniting Church). Easy access and plenty of parking right outside.
Hope to see a few familiar faces and a few new faces as well.

You beauty, Watto, with a bigger site does that mean you are bringing your forklift in to move some of your trees for the display.

I'll have to do a reconnaissance to see how big it actually is before deciding on how big the trees will be this year.

G'day Watto,
Is it true that there "maybe" some Yamadori Hawthorn and English Elm going cheap on the sales table.

There could very well be a few treasures up for grabs, in fact I might be in the market for a new tree myself.

Forgot to put in the diary. Will have to rearrange a few commitments to make the day. Do we coincide with the Rose Festival again?

You could almost walk from Tumut to Goulburn!!!!!
Just joking, hope to see you there. Going to exhibitions is a great way to see what others are doing, pick up a few ideas and of course meet like minded people.

Is there a program available, Watto? I'd like to be there for any demonstrations on the Saturday (other commitments on Sunday) - there is always something to learn.

Re: Goulburn Bonsai Society Exhibition 2017
Hi Jan, I have a copy of the program and it says that there are demos on 11am and 2pm each day. If I was a bit more techno I'd attach a copy but I'm a bit lacking in that department.

Thanks, Watto, I'll try to catch both. Looking forward to being able to catch the show this year - interesting to see what does well in the Tablelands for others.
