Wow, close to US$70k worst of trees snapped up in around 24 hrs. Bang!

I reckon it's great. Someone who follows their passion and manages to make a living doing so. Others with the passion and cash to buy such trees; tress they like for the art, the skill or whatever else floats their boat. Cool on both sides of that coin, I reckon.
Starting my own business is something I don't have the risk profile/guts to do, so I admire those that do. Whether that be bonsai-related or any other profession. Hats off to all of you for having a crack and hopefully doing well. Cheers, Mark

Re: Mirai Sale
Hey - just a point of clarification - I just re-read my initial post after SJ’s response - initially I wrote: ‘worst’ of trees snapped up. That word is supposed to be ‘most’ - as in “most of trees snapped up.” Sorry ... poor proof-reading on my behalf ...

Re: Mirai Sale
Some very impressive material there, at what seems like almost reasonable prices for some if it.

Re: Mirai Sale
Well over two thirds of that was sold in the first couple of hours... plenty of interest!
There was a good mix of trees, including some being moved on that had the bones figured out but needed secondary/tertiary branch development and ramification... there the ones that I think were best value. A lot of hours put into all that stock so good on him for selling it on and getting a decent return for effort.
