What can I use at this time of year to get rid of these white bugs?
They are all over my Picea, looks to be a white scale like creature - pest oil?
Wasn't sure if the conifer would handle that treatment.

Picture not too good. Looks a bit like resin. If it's bugs, spray with an oil 3 times a week apart.

Yes, they're bugs. My concern was using oil on conifers.
