I just came across this stuff called MAB grow and i was wondering if anyone has tried it for thier bonsai?

Don't you love when they don't tell you what they are selling? I can see zeolite in there and some other material like unexpanded perlite? and or diatomite??. Should be fine but to bony and needs something else to hold water (depending on the the particle size)

That page is full of "benefits", but as a "features" guy, it drives my absolutely insane not being told the specifics of the mix. How can I calculate whether its worth my time to buy if I have no idea what its made out of (and as treeman pointed out, not sure if there's enough water holding capacity etc)

Perhaps If they tell you what you need to know and possibly what really in it then there's a danger of someone identifying it as not so good
