Pyramid Conifer Help

Hey, i was recently given this group as a friend couldn't look after it in his unit. Does anyone have any advice/tips for what i should do pruning/styling wise? Some branches were dead and removed and it looks a little sad. I dont think it was watered very well. Cheers.
