I see they carry the mysterious and ellusive Japanese. I have been meaning to get one of those for a while. :D

I was just laughing to myself, about them listing their plant types like that. Species, then just chucking "Japanese" in the mix. I know what they mean "Japanese varieties", just I was all like, "What the hell is a Japanese?" :?

When I began bonsai I spent a lot of time and money here.
Most pots are chinese but I still visit when I want something different as there is a good variety.
I spoke to the owner today, he is just back from China and says lots of new pots are coming soon and a sale is planned for late May.

I've been there a number of times, its pretty good.

Most recently I went there a few weeks ago and purchased a tree, the subject of this thread.

Its buds have just started opening which is good.

I've just noticed that they are having a sale in May so I think another visit is on the cards soon. :ugeek:

Its been a few years now but when i lived down south these guys are the main ones i bought pots from and the odd tree. They were still building the main display area but from what i can see on there website it has come up a treat. They import direct from the family pottery in china, the pots are all good quality & really good prices. The owners are great, if you cant find what you are looking for they may be able to get it in, just have a chat to them.

I didnt know tokoname ship anywhere, have you got a link for us. I grow mainly large trees but love little pots.
