i potted this mini banyan Penjing a few months ago as a gift for my dad. (iv posted about it before..)
Without a doubt, its a rude little fella . The other day i asked if i could restyle it for him.... these are the results.

Call me crazy.. but im fond of it. I think it will look great with a dense little mushroom canopy.
im hoping ill continue doing the shaping, dad likes his bonsai but never really works on them!!!
Any comments or feed back would be cool
