i have two videos i can send you, one is featuring Masahiko Kimura but it is in japanese and the other is english and it is about japanese white pines, i know japanese white pine are not suitable for our climate, especially central qld. but a lot of the techniques described are applied to most pines and it is still intetresting to watch, i may also be able to send a couple of books, just send me your postage details! :)

Hey Noah, used up all your firewood yet mate

You will start growing a winter coat soon, don't worry :D

Cheers
Mojo

P.S. I bought a couple of nice Euoropean Hornbeams with good yellow-orange autumn colour on the weekend. Don't tell Jamie, but I may leave one of them at 50cm tall
...Might as well face it, I'm addicted to Shohin...

Hornbeams are kinda my faves as well so I'll be hanging onto them for a while mate. But if I change my mind, you are at the top of the list :D

As for Beech, I still haven't given up hope of getting some Fagus crenata seed. Then I'll be a happy little camper!

Cheers

If I see a bloke at my front door with a suntan and holding an angle grinder, ready to remove my Yakuza tattoos, I'm chucking the tree in a suitcase and heading to the airport    .
