I came across this in my travels today ,

a very nice peppercorn raft .I did manage to get some very nice pics to add to my albums unfortunately the overcast day didn't help with quality.Cheers

Really encouraging raft example, love the little hooked root detail on the right. We could do with more of natures examples as good as this.

Hi People , its a ripper as was the Day . Just a bit too much digging to recover this one , but i know it will fit on my Tamdem Trailer .Repotting would be a challenge .This is one species i must take a look at .Cheers

It really does have a lot of character, and to replicate it in bonsai would give a very nice setting.

Hi Tman ,i got home a strapped a few little tridents together hoping for a similar outcome .I have a lot of little stuff that i am currently fusing as well, pines , elms , maples and crab apples and anything else a have laying around .Mother Nature is a great inspiration .Cheers Alpine
