Expressions of interest

Post by senseijames »

Hi, I used to make a couple of statues related to the Bonsai // Oriental nature of things and would like to know if there is anyone interested in buying any , " IF " I were to start making them again, they can be Glazed or just Oxide washed, I have posted a couple of Photos of same, the Samurai Warrior is approx 33 cm tall and 15cm across widest part and 13 cm deep, the Dragon is approx 22cm long and 14 cm high by 3 cm across, sizes depend on the kiln firing temps and the clay types, these ones in the photos are high fired stoneware and are very strong ( heavy texture ) any expression of interest is welcome, cheers.

Hi James
I quite like the detail on the second Samurai Warrior.
Depending on price, I would be interested in getting a couple of them.

I am interested in the larger statues as they represent a subtle styling long since forgotten.

However, I would be more interested in (would purchase) these, if they were smaller miniatures designed for in pot, such as the classic mudmen in washed tones.

Lovely work you have done there, the details on the samurai are great! :D
Regards, Mitchell.

I love the aged look of number two. Excellent work James.

Can you imagine a chess set with pieces like these, and bonsai pawns? :)

It's too bad your in such a hurry cause the stories I could tell you, Bushels and baskets of stories, hole crates full of stories. But if you can spare a moment I will tell you one story.
