resizing photos????

hey,im having trouble uploading pics,its saying filke too big,im hoping some one can help me out with making the pic file smaller,thankyou

u need to download a program to do this i use photoscape its free and works very well.when downloaded open it and go to the editor section and search ur files for the pic u want then down the bottom u will see resize click that and make ur pics 720 x 540 then just follow the prompts its easy with some practice mate
