Bougainvillea cutting, pretty well rooted now.
Flowers: Hybrid pink/orange combination, robust but not a rabid grower
Tree has a lot of development to do. It had the great disadvantage of wintering in far too much shade and it is only now responding to full sun and starting to grow. The trunk has problems but has thickness and shape tho yes, there is a bit of reverse taper, but with branch and foliage growth that will change. There are a number of large scars, some untouched, a few contoured for the final healing. Branch and foliage development should conceal these.
Given care and attention it will rally well and develop nicely.
