Experiment ?

Post by slugwarrior »

:gday: I posted these trees nearly 12 months ago. I have been practicing my carving skills on these trees for when I aquire a decent tree with more potential. The trees haven't turned out too bad they need quite a bit more development but they may turn out to be good trees one day :fc: The name of the trees are Tecoma Stans or Yellow Bells thanks to Ash for the ID.

Very drastic carving work! The second one still needs some taper - a little bit more carving there needed!

On a serious note - I do think both trees need to be potted in bigger containers to regain there health and vigor.

Are you treating the deadwood?
