Gday Lennard!
Try ticking the box which says: "Log me on automatically each visit". It's what I do, and I only ever have to login if something has gone wrong (computer crash, etc).
Otherwise, you may need to change the options in your browser so as to allow cookies.

It is funny... believe or not "bread crumb" is also a "computer" term now. The geeks hijacked everything...I usually set my cookies to Medium. We do not want it too loose.
If you are using Internet Explorer -- Please go to:
Tools | Internet Options -- using the last one in the "menu".
The Internet Options dialog pops up. Then go to "Privacy" tab. The first section is the cookies settings: the we slide the slider up and down to set level.

I don't know if someone done something but from this morning I am signed in automatically and from them my signed in time has not expired!
