This bonsai, grown from a cutting, is approximately 15 years old. The tree was grown in plastic nursery containers for 5 years, before styling and moved to a bonsai pot. The pot is an unglazed rectangle pot made in China. I have a PK pot earmarked for this tree's impending repot late spring this year. I had an issue with powdery mildew and woolly aphid on this tree recently, and a couple of years ago I had some die back due to lack of water. These two things made this tree unshowable, and has not been seen for a while. I now have the tree's health back, and plan to improve the bonsai over the next couple of years.
