Well I'm shocked this is at least 80 years old been eaten by sheep for years and no one wants it 
here are some pic's the leaf are tiny this is usually a very large leaf but has been reduced and looks so cute.

if it makes you feel any better i would seriously consider purchasing this tree from you but i do not have the money on me at this point in time. im saving money for a trip over seas that im going on in a few weeks so i cant spare any cash.
good luck with the sale anyway
