lol :lol: when the bug first bites...it bites hard...I just wish there were a few more 'failed masters' in Melbourne so I could take advantage of their pre loved paraphernalia lol but...I do feel a tad bit sad for them...bonsai is very difficult and is very hard to master...I think most find it hard to stomach that the pictures of great bonsai in magazines and the web take so many years to reach that stage! its not an over night thing...anywho...as you all know, you need copious amounts of patience and dedication...and as they say....there is no rest for the wicked!
I once read that the bonsai 'apprenticeships' in Japan for example, go for 6 years!!! and they don't touch the watering can until their fourth year!!!
