Wow, have ogled at these for years in one of his books. Always comes with a bit of sadness when someone sells their collection like this.

I think the bonsai community will be at a great loss that Craig is retiring from bonsai teaching. his books have been of some major influence to me especially as inspiration in my earlier years. I constantly go back to them for guidance and styling help.
I hope he gets more than what he is asking for, he deserves it, he has been a great member to the bonsai community over the whole world.

A wonderful opportunity for somebody entering the business in the UK. $AU 44,000, is an absolute bargain. I suspect that Craig is phbilosophical about the sale. True creative people do not cling to the past like non creatives.
