Have you been pinching it regularly? If so, you should stop.

I think that you should feed it and let it grow then rework it.

Wouldnt say regularly i think i have twice this year, in saying that i have cut a fair bit of the foliage out [digitally] for the sake of the virt.
Thank you for your opinion Scott.

Hi Velvetsiklid,

Been a while, just a quick rendition of what may be.

I agree with Craig, a few pics of other sides would be benifitial, and lower level with the pot as well, if possible?........thanks.

Work with some jin and and introduce some movement into the jins as well.

I think that if you could bring the jin up thrugh the canopy as the new apex if possible, might give added interest ?

Ideally the apex jin would try to follow the trunk line through the canopy and extend above the foliage, but Im not certain if that is
something you might like to try ?

Anyways, just some ideas, using what you have from the pics posted.

Regards,

Paul C

the pot looks quite a good size, it;ll be ok for now and when the tree has a new look you can change it then  unglazed would be better

I like the suggestion Webbos has come up with, if unsure you could take the conservative approach and leave the bottom branch and perhaps a jin
