This Azalea Kurume Saotome is a recent arrival in the collection here and is progressing quite well. It has a good wide nabari and the height is in keeping with the trees size.

It currently sits in a hand made pot by Pat Kennedy who I regard as Australia’s premier potter at this moment. In fact I think he should make more pots because the quality is first class and there should be more available.

I hope that this bonsai continues to improve over the coming years.
